Who This Applies To

These terms apply to anyone who visits our website, submits information through our forms, registers as a member or visitor, or receives communications from us.

Acceptable Use

When using our forms and systems, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use our systems only for their intended purpose (e.g., genuine event registration, prayer requests, giving)
• Not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

Communications

By providing your phone number or email through our forms, you consent to receive communications from us related to church activities, services, and events via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You may opt out of any of these channels at any time by contacting us directly.

Giving and Contributions

Contributions and pledges made through our giving forms are voluntary. We record what is given or pledged for our own administrative and financial accountability purposes. Our giving forms record entries in our system — they do not themselves process card or mobile money payments; payment is completed separately (e.g., via M-Pesa) as instructed on our Give page.

No Warranty

Our website and systems are provided as-is. While we take reasonable care to keep them accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our systems after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
